What information does The Service obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Service obtains the information you provide when you download and register with The Service. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by The Service unless you register with us. When you register with us and use The Service, you generally provide (a) a valid email address, a user name, a password; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help. (c) information you provide when you contact other users or suppliers.
We work hard to pick trusted, reliable suppliers. We do this by reviewing their operational practices, and their openess to reviews. In this endeavor, user's feedback is paramount. We may contact you in two different ways,(a) to review a holiday activity from a supplier, (b) to answer a questionaire about a holiday activity you participated. Reviews might be publicly available; your answers to the questionaire will be kept private, for our internal operations.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, The Service may collect certain basic information automatically, such as the type of mobile device you use, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and anonymized information about the way you use The Service.
The Service may use your location, to help select holiday activity or packages, relevant to your place of residence. You may opt-out at any time by changing the privacy settings of your smartphone.
Social Network integration
The Service allows users to authenticate using their Facebook or Twitter account, to which it requires basic, read-only permission (your name, and profile picture). The Service does not use your social network account information to fetch, to create posts on your behalf, or to notify your network circle of your usage of The Service.
The Service does not transmit, share, sell to third party, or create derivative product from facebook or twitter login-enabled account.
All text information transmitted from and to our servers is done in an encrypted manner (SSL over HTTP), to prevent data from being tampered with, or accessed in an unauthorized way.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating The Service, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Our suppliers do not have access to your personal data, such as email, names, phone number, or social network information.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
